Fresh Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Sugar Chips

Fruit Salsa

INGREDIENTS

Salsa:
3 granny Smith apples, cored & diced
3 kiwi, peeled & diced
1 1/4c. strawberries, diced
1 orange, zest of & juice of
2 T. brown sugar, packed
2 T. apple jelly or apricot jam

Chips:
flour tortillas (plain or strawberry), cut in triangles
sugar to taste
cinnamon to taste

DIRECTIONS

Combine salsa ingredients. Cover & refrigerate until ready to serve. Place tortilla wedges on a non-greased baking sheet & sprinkle with desired amou nt of cinnamon & sugar. Bake wedges @ 325 degrees until warm. Remove from oven & let cool. Serve with fruit salsa.
